What Alaska can learn from Iceland's Ring Grid

Iceland鈥檚 Ring Grid is around the same length and serves almost the same population as Alaska鈥檚 Railbelt grid. The big difference is that Iceland鈥檚 electricity is generated from almost 100% renewable energy.
A new video, 鈥,鈥 created by ACEP鈥檚 chief storyteller Amanda Byrd, sheds some light on how Iceland achieved its enormous renewable portfolio and brought new value-added industry to the country that was once the poorest in Europe.
